Membership Questions

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer three main membership tiers: Basic ($29/month), Pro ($59/month), and Elite ($99/month). Each tier includes different access levels, amenities, and services. The Pro membership is our most popular option, offering 24/7 access, all equipment, group classes, and 4 personal training sessions per month. Visit our Pricing page for full details.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for medical reasons with a doctor's note for up to 3 months at no charge. For other circumstances (travel, etc.), you can freeze your membership for 1-3 months with a small monthly freeze fee of $10. Please contact our membership team at least 7 days before your next billing date to arrange a freeze.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Our Basic and Pro memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment. The Elite membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. We also offer a 3-month trial membership for new members who want to try our facilities before committing to a longer term.

Do you offer day passes or trial memberships?

Yes! We offer day passes for $20 and 7-day trial memberships for $39. The trial membership gives you full access to all facilities, equipment, and group classes. You can sign up for a trial on our website or in person at the gym. Trial passes are limited to one per person per year.

Training & Classes

Do you offer beginner training programs?

Absolutely! We offer a "New You" beginner program that includes 3 personal training sessions, a fitness assessment, and a customized workout plan. This program is perfect for those new to fitness or returning after a long break. Our trainers will teach you proper form, introduce you to equipment, and help you build confidence in the gym.

How do I book personal training sessions?

You can book personal training sessions through our mobile app, website member portal, or at the front desk. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for popular trainers. Pro members receive 4 sessions per month included in their membership, while Elite members have unlimited sessions.

What types of group classes do you offer?

We offer over 50 group classes weekly, including:

  • HIIT & Cardio: High-intensity interval training, cycling, and kickboxing
  • Strength: BodyPump, kettlebell, and functional training
  • Mind-Body: Yoga (vinyasa, hot, restorative), Pilates, and meditation
  • Specialty: Pre/post-natal, senior fitness, and injury recovery

Are the trainers certified?

Yes, all our trainers hold current certifications from nationally recognized organizations (ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.) and undergo regular continuing education. Facilities & Amenities

What are your opening hours?

Our standard hours are:

  • Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Pro and Elite members have 24/7 access using their key fob. Holiday hours may vary and are posted at the gym entrance and on our website.

Do you have locker rooms with showers?

Yes, we have separate men's and women's locker rooms equipped with:

  • Private showers with complimentary toiletries
  • Day-use lockers (bring your own lock)
  • Hairdryers, straighteners, and grooming stations
  • Sauna and steam rooms (Pro and Elite members only)
Towels are provided for Pro and Elite members; Basic members can rent towels for $2.

What equipment do you have?

We pride ourselves on having state-of-the-art equipment including:

  • Cardio: 40+ machines (treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, rowers, bikes)
  • Strength: Free weights (5-100 lbs), squat racks, power cages, Smith machines
  • Functional: TRX, battle ropes, sleds, turf area, plyometric boxes
  • Specialty: Assisted pull-up/dip machine, cable crossover, leg press, hack squat
Equipment is cleaned and maintained daily.

Is parking available?

We have a dedicated parking lot with 100 spaces for members. Parking is free for all members. During peak hours (5-7 PM weekdays), the lot can fill up, but street parking is available on Fitness Street and adjacent roads. We also have bike racks and shower facilities for cyclists.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay through our mobile app. Membership fees are automatically charged on the same date each month. Cash payments can be made in person for annual memberships only.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes, you can change your membership tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing your membership level. Please visit the front desk or contact our membership team to make changes to your plan.

What is your cancellation policy?

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. You can submit a cancellation request at the front desk or via email to [email protected]. Please include your full name, membership number, and reason for cancellation. We do not provide refunds for partial months, but you will have access until the end of your billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay. The only additional costs are:

  • Annual maintenance fee: $49 charged once per year (covers equipment maintenance and upgrades)
  • Late cancellation/no-show fee: $25 for personal training sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  • Lost key fob: $15 replacement fee
